We are reviewing our current "Suite Non-Use Declaration" for purpose of utility billing. For those of you who invoice additional utilities to residences containing suites, what do you do when they are just using the property as a single family dwelling? Given our ongoing issues with non-existent vacancy rate, we are not necessarily talking about only legal suites. Any other declaration form samples gratefully accepted at utilities@salmonarm.ca.
