  • No Part time employees receive medical beneifts- ie Paid % in lieu

    We don't provide any benefits although it does come up in collective bargaining. Seasonal employees is another category too - we don't have any seasonal employees but I know that some places do have benefits for seasonal employees.

  • Any employee who has completed their probationary period and who works 20 or more hours per week on a regular basis is eligible for full benefit coverage with the exception of long term disability which requires 30+ hours per week.

    Any Employee who has completed their probationary period and does not work 20 or more hours per week does not receive any % in lieu of benefits.
